Aland honoured Alie Lindberg in this EUROPA stamp issue on 8th May
2014.
The stamp depicts Alie Lindberg and
her piano. Alie made an extraordinary journey - from her life as the daughter
of a Kastelholm jailer to the great stages of Europe as a concert pianist.
