French Special Issue: Souvenir Sheet Marianne de Cocteau. Marianne of Cocteau was taken up in a larger format and a more unified color background for the souvenir sheet issued for Philexfrance 82. The drawing was designed by Jean Cocteau and engraved by Albert Decaris.
