WIPA 1965 The International Stamp Exhibibition
The stamp on this Austrian FDC depicts a scene from East Vienna, and is part of a set of five stamps commemorating WIPA 1965 The International Stamp Exhibibition held in Vienna in 1965. Thank you Merja.
